Miss Universe 2011 | Miss Angola Leila Lopes

The winner of Miss Universe of this year 2011 is a 25 year-old Miss Angola,business student Leila Lopez.The annual Miss Universe pageant was held in Sao Paulo on last Sunday night,Brazil.It seems like Miss Universe 2011 happens so fast for me and I did not pay attention on that much for this year.But when I know the result, I really feels happy for her and I think she really deserves it. I think Leila Lopez is a naturally beautiful woman and her smile is very sincere and attractive. She said that she never had cosmetic surgery of any kind and that her three tips for beauty were to get a lot of sleep,use sunblock even when it's not sunny and to drink lots of water.And she said her smile was her best weapon in the competition.

Leila Lopez could handle the interview question very well that is asked of the remaining top five contestants.She was questioned of what physical trait she would change if she could. Her answer is very insightful. "Thank God I'm very satisfied with the way God created me and I wouldn't change a thing," Lopes said. "I consider myself a woman endowed with inner beauty. I have acquired many wonderful principles from my family and I intend to follow these for the rest of my life." No wonder her smile is very sincere as she tends to be beautiful from within.

The other top five contestants were Miss Ukraine as the first runner-up,the second runner-up was Priscila Machado of Brazil.The third was Miss Philippines and the fourth was Miss China.

Well Leila Lopes is not the first woman of color to be crowned Miss Universe.It doesn't matter what color or culture you are , the most important thing is to be a good person and shine from within. At the end, no one can escape from death. It counts only on how valuable you are when you are alive. Think so? :D
