Academy awards 2004

A ceremony to give away academy awards for 2004 was held at Thuwunna Stadium on December 30. Winners are as follows;

• The best director Zin Yaw Maung Maung (Hlot Hwet Thaw Hinn)
• The best actor Lwin Moe (Takar Ga Ayeyarwaddy Nya Myar)
• The best actress Eindra Kyaw Zin (Myat Hnar Myar De Kaung Kin)
• The best supporting actor Nyunt Win (Hlot Hwet Thaw Hinn)
• The best supporting actress Soe Myat Nandar ( Chit Chin Nge Pyaing)

It seems like the board gives away the awards to those who haven't got it yet; especially Eindra Kyaw Zin and Soe Myat Nander. The only veteran is Nyunt Win. This year's award is his sixth, I think.
