Florida judge is unwilling to take on Anna Nicole case.
A Florida judge added more uncertainty to the paternity battle over former Playboy centerfold Anna Nicole Smith's baby on Friday when he said he wasn't sure he had jurisdiction over the case.
Broward County Family Court Judge Lawrence Korda said the Bahamas, where the former Playmate's 5-month-old daughter, Dannielynn, was born, was probably the proper venue for deciding who fathered the child and who should have custody.
The hearing came a day after the melodramatic end of televised hearings in which another judge handed over Smith's remains for burial to the court-appointed guardian of her baby. The guardian decided she should be buried in the Bahamas.

In a new statement given to WFOR TV in Miami, Anna Nicole Smith's partner, Howard K. Stern, speaks out about personal items he says were stolen from Smith's house.
Earlier this week, The Tribune of Nassau published two photographs on its front page showing Smith frolicking in bed (fully clothed) with the Bahamian immigration minister, Shane Gibson, who approved her application for permanent residency. Stern says these photos were stolen.
In his statement Stern says the report that Smith had an improper relationship with Gibson is "reprehensible."
