Almost people in Myanmar ( who earn quite good salary) buy satellite disc and watch some entertainment and news which are free broad casted. They most are installed with license fees of only 8000 Kyats (1$ ~ 1300 Kyats) and now the price was sky-high to 1,000,000 Kyats for license. People in Myanmar have license for most of facilities for home-use. If you don't have license and found out that it's illegal, you will have to pay 2,000,000 for penalty.

An official at Myanma Post and Telecom confirmed the increase Wednesday but was at a loss to explain it. "It's not our decision," said the official, who asked not to be named. "We were just ordered by the higher authorities. Even I was shocked when I heard about it."

I hope almost all people will uninstall their satellites and only few high boss and business men will install for the hotels and highly invested business fund.
