Data stored on ordinary paper

An indian student, Sainul, has found a technology called "Rainbow Technology" that you can store data on ordinary paper and to boot, larger amount of data can be had on lesser space.
He said he could construct DataBank with almost 123.6 Peta Byte (PB) capacity.
