World debates move after test claim

Global tension surrounding North Korea's nuclear ambitions has increased following the claim by the North's official news service that Pyongyang has performed a successful nuclear test.
In July, Pyongyang infuriated neighbors such as Japan when it test-fired at least seven missiles. Now, the focus shifts to the United Nations, as the world debates how to respond to North Korea's claim.
