I happened to get into a one education agent centre yesterday and have found a very cheap fees for tution and living expenses earning a degree in English courses.It is Riga Technical University(RTU) in Latvia in North Eastern Europe.It is the largest univeristy in Latvia offering wide rage of engineering majors and has long-standing almost 150 years.


It is one of the good chance for those are seeking a good university with cheap tution fees to earn Bachelor or Master Degree.If you know others you can share here.Comparing the tutions fees of universitites in another country teaching in English courses, this one is just right.


Tution fees at the RTU in academic year 2006/2007 are:

For students in Bachelor's and Master's programs 3,600 USD.

For students in Bachelor's program with study language Russian 1600 USD.

For students in preparatory course(refreshment of knowledge in mathematics, physics and English)-1,500 USD.

The Entry Requirement is not that strict and it is needed of Toefl 500 and IELTS average score of 5.0 overall components with not less then 4.5 in any one componet and other relevant educational background.
