Self Breast Examinations can help to Detect Breast Cancer in its Initial Stages
Self breast examinations should be conducted on a regular basis - at least once a month for early detection of breast cancer. It is recommended that self breast examinations are conducted privately whilst lying down of bathing. It is suggested that the examination is conducted infront of a mirror so any breast abnormalities can be easily noticed by yourself.
The best time to conduct a self breast examination is one week after menstruation every month. This is due to the breasts being soft and small during this period. Even if you have entered the menopause period, reasts examinations are still recommended on a regular basis.
